Warzone 2.0 to Apex confused about ADS

Im kinda confused how to setup the calculator so the scopes in both games match.

In Warzone 2 im playing with this:

1920/1080

24(23,8) inch Monitor

Relative

Affected

ADS Multi 1.0

800 DPI

5.15 sens

103 FOV

Monitor Coefficient 1.78

yep in apex it's 1.33 coefficent that's why it's confused for u buddy

So how do i get it to match then? Cause the second sens option in apex is grayed out.

You have do match the conversion setup to your Warzone 2 setting, coefficient 1.78 is MDV 178%, so this should match it perfectly:
