_xverso Posted December 31, 2022 Posted December 31, 2022 hello, im experimenting with the Fov in Warzone because i get so much problems with the visibility.Im switching from Affected to Indipendent and viceversa. Affected "feels" so much better, but with indipendent i can see the enemies a lot better. im playing on a Widescreen Oled Dell aw3423dw, when i set the fov to 120 i becoming a effective horziontal fov of 133. when i set it up to Indipendent they say the fov goes from 120(133 because of widescreen) to 80. now the question is, do i get the 80 with indipendent or do i get a higher fov?because when i set it to 80 manually, i become a fov of 96. Thanks
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted December 31, 2022 Wizard Posted December 31, 2022 Affected and independent only affects ADS and scopes from 4X and below. Your hipfire FOV stays the same and should not change. The FOV value you input (120) might in some cases reset to the default placeholder value of 80 (it should be slightly grayed out) when you switch certain settings, in this case just enter 120 again.

Wizard DPI Wizard Posted January 1, 2023 Wizard Posted January 1, 2023 Everything will scale with your aspect ratio and be higher if that's what you're asking.
