It depends on the game and conversion. For CSGO, since it's stretched the vertical FOV stays the same, so any conversion using the vertical axis will be the same. This also goes for 360 distance, it will not be affected by the stretching. However if you use a horizontal conversion method, the conversion will be different, since the horizontal FOV changes.
