Converting Kovaak to Apex

I'm trying to figure out how to convert Kovaak 4:3 reg to Apex with a MDH 0%

But the tracking feels really off, from what I understand MDH 0% should have the same tracking feel between the two fovs.

These are the sensitivity I got for converting 1:1 same hipfire to 1x and 2x scope. This doesn't seem quite right since the scalar is just 1.000
