Hell Let Loose Conversion Question

I'm converting my sensitivity from Battlefield 4 to Hell Let Loose, and I noticed if I change the FOV for Hell Let Loose, my sensitivity stays the same. Shouldn't it be if I increase my FOV, my sensitivity would increase as well?

Your conversion setup matches how the game scales sensitivity:

So the sensitivity stays the same when you change FOV.
