I made a thread in the steam forums under the username Randomguy7, I have a dolphin with sunglasses as my icon. I suggest adding a request there to bump up visibility. It's in early access and they're pretty good at listening to feedback. It's under the bugs and suggestions tab.

I've tracked down the config file now and added it, so you can get your sensitivity perfect
