Calculations wrong?

If I calculate AimLab to Hunt: Showdown and AimLab to R6, the sensitivity feels weird
if i do the same with Hunt and R6 then i get a different calculation

In the first two the FOV of the source for the conversion (AimLab) is 70 Vdeg, in the last one the source is 85 Hdeg 16:9. This changes everything as the source is what everything is matched to.

And this is why you should always use the same source for all your conversions.

I usually do that too.

But the sensitivity just doesn't fit, so I tried it directly from R6 to Hunt.

I will check my settings again!

Another question:

The other thing is that on Hunt: Showdown I don't understand the Shoulder Aim (ADS).

Because Shoulder Aim definitely doesn't have the sensitivity of ADS.

What else do you mean? Doesn't Shoulder Aim (ADS) mean that Shoulder Aim and ADS have the same sensitivity?

I still calculate from AimLab to R6/ Hunt

1. The ADS in Hunt does not match the ADS in R6.

2. Shoulder Aim (ADS) in Hunt is not the same as ADS.

I don't understand the first and probably misunderstand the second

This is explained in the game notes:

The shoulder aim can be calculated using either the hipfire or ADS setting, choose the one you prefer.

This is referring to the calculation setup:

If your hipfire and ADS setup is the same, this doesn't matter. But if it's set up like in this example you will get different results.

I can't get the same sensitivity between Hunt and R6

I made sure everything is correct. i have a ~4cm difference. (R6 has a 4cm shorter way)

It works with Battlefield 4-6, COD, WW3 and Hunt if i use AimLab as "convert game"

But R6 is just not working.

I have both games open so i could test it. I clearly see/feel the difference

Yes. Hipfire

Raw input didn't change anything

I have to look into the calculator for ADS

because if I use R6 ADS and compare it to Hunt then I have to make twice the distance

R6 ADS 360°= 1
Hunt ADS 360°= 0,5

I don't know what i have done in my settings, but it works in every other of my games. But not with R6

Just so u know. I decided that i want the Hunt settings like R6.

Because it's my maingame right now. R6 has the perfect ADS to Hipfire ratio for me.

But Hunt is completly different. Much slower and its ruining my aim that i have right now in R6.

I just can't get it right

Can you send me your Hunt config file?

i found the problem. And it was like I said: I am an idiot

I thought that ADS=ADS and hipfire=hipfire.

Hipfire in R6 is not hipfire in Hunt.

Hipfire in R6 is default in Hunt.

I don't know if u are aware of it but in Hunt: Showdown u have the "Hunter" and the "Gunslinger" mode.

I play Gunslinge where u have the weapon always in hipfire.

So u skip the default aim

Ahhhh. Now i understand it a little bit. I looked trought your instructions

Shoulder aim (Hipfire) gets the 18cm at 360°, but shoulder aim (ADS) doesn't

With my new calculation, where I also changed my FOV, I got on shoulder aim (ADS) 19,8cm

before it was 23-24cm or something like that

I will look into it more later.

Is somewhere the pixel/dot ratio explained?

Why can't I just convert R6 to Hunt??? How can I be so incompetent??? I just can't get it right. I am so confused.

I'm not quite sure what confuses you. If you switch to advanced mode you can see the exact cm/360 for each aim, if you have any doubt of the accuracy of the conversion you can use a tool like Kovaak's Sensitivity Matcher to test if the aim is what it should be.

I know. Butz it feels wrong. In R6 I can aim perfectly on the spot where i want to aim. In Hunt i can't. A grunt stands right in front of me. I need 3-8 shots to hit it if i played R6 befor. I tried it with 5 different games and it worked. It just doesn't work with Hunt

R6 works with: CS:GO, COD Warzone, BF5, BF4 and BF2042. It doesn't work with Hunt

I used different FOVs and tried different calculations. I can't hit anything
