Hip fire\Look sensitivity Questions

I have a question about matching my hip fire\look sensitivity. In games like call of duty and battlefield, it's a must to aim down sights and have your aim matched that way. But if I were to take a game like halo or destiny, where hipfire aim\tracking is important for hitting precision shots, would I match the sensitivity like this? https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=abeeec7adfb3ff2b79094a41abcd7cfe

I noticed choosing monitor distance vertical in the hipfire\look drop down box changes the sensitivity values in Destiny 2. Is this what I want to use when trying to make my hipfire aim feel more consistent with sensitivities I use from other games??
