Dead by Daylight Sensitivity

Hey guys,

I have a question regarding the limits of the sensitivity in DBD. My normal Sensitivity in my Go-To Game Apex is 0.8 with a 1600 DPI. 
However, when I try to convert this to DBD the result I am getting is -XX meaning that I can't get the sense I am looking for in-game. Now, for obvious reasons, I am thinking about changing my DPI, which I have done but now I am confused as I can't convert 1600 DPI to a different DPI with the right sensitivity of DBD with the calculator.
Can anyone help me to get my Apex settings to DBD with changing the DPI as low as 600? 
It would be a huge help and relief as my muscle memory gets absolutely destroyed after playing DBD.
