It's a real shame, Unreal Engine 4 easily has potential for perfect mouse sensitivity, but it seems as if they gave zero F's and probably just made it work with a controller, and whatever happened to mouse sensitivity was an accident (and not a happy Bob Ross one).

Ahh bummer, is there any chance to disable acceleration, smoothing and other stuff through config files, modding game files etc.?

I tried all the Unreal Engine 4 config file tricks I know about, but it didn't do anything to the sensitivity. It seems fundamentally flawed, so a proper mod or Rockstar actually fixing it is probably needed.
