Can someone help me use the calculator to work the value for 0% monitor match ads for Rainbow Six Siege?

Basically the title, Im trying to work out the value for all the ads options for each sight to be the 0% monitor match value for Rainbow Six Siege using my new source engine sens of 3. Could someone help me use the calculator as Im new to all the settings as I used to only use the free version.
