Can't Use Converter Anymore

I logged in today to convert sensitivities, but there aren't any options from the drop tabs. No games, no presets, nothing. Thought it was payment, but I did pay. I tried it with different browsers, but the only way I could get it to work is on my phone of all places.

Do you use an Adblock? I had one of mine on here and it didn't let me share presets.

I just tried that, but no, still nothing.

Everything looks like this. Tried droplists too, but there's no games there.

Yes me too i have the same problem except i cant even see Select a game any idea ?

Does anyone else here use it in inprivate browser or some such? Because that's the reason for my end. Super weird and it's still a problem, but that's the temporary work around until they fix it.

Are you still having the issue? We've found an issue where a few users gets a cached empty reply and have tried to adjust some parameters to prevent it, but it might be client related and based on what the browser is requesting.

Yea I'm still having the issue, clearing cache doesn't seem to help.

Ok, but it is working in InPrivate mode? Do you log in, or just use it as a guest?

It only works outside of InPrivate, but even so I need to log in, if I don't it shows nothing on the drop list.

BTW, do you have any extensions/addons?

I've implemented another potential fix now, so please try again when you can. I can see what is wrong, just need to find the right fix

Hey just saw this, still doesn't work on incognito, doesn't work at all on Opera GX, in private or not, but works on not incognito on Chrome

I've done some more extensive changes now, not sure if it fixes all the problems but it should fix the core of the issue.
