StoneColeQ™ Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Hey DPI Wizard. I hope you signed up for the Titanfall beta because I NEED my sensitivity. Thanks. http://www.titanfall.com/beta.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted February 13, 2014 Author Wizard Posted February 13, 2014 I'm signed up, really looking forward to this game! Looks awesome!
StoneColeQ™ Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Hey guys, the Titanfall(Beta) sensitivity is the EXACT same as CS:GO. I haven't played it yet but I changed my CS:GO sensitivity enough to remember the numbers. I am saying this because from what I did, the Calculator when selecting Titanfall(Beta) doesn't let me go over 9 inches for a 360.
StoneColeQ™ Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 I forgot to also say I am using 1800 DPI in these calculations.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted February 14, 2014 Author Wizard Posted February 14, 2014 This is correct, as Titanfall is Source based. However there's a bug in the beta; if you set the sensitivity to a value below 1, e.g. 0.8, it will automatically reset it to 1 when you launch the game. So the calculator has a minimum value of 1 for now, I will change this when/if they fix it
StoneColeQ™ Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 This isn't a problem because I have the Razor DeathAdder 2013 with Synapse so I can change my DPI from 100 - 6400. So I can use a DPI that allows me my sensitivity from 1 - 9 if that makes any sense,
Guest h0mie Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Again, SENSATIONAL work with Titanfall! Keep it up man, this is one of the sites to know if you're a true gamer! Bloody amazing!
Guest Rhainaz Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Hello, you've made a tiny mistake with the linking to the titanfall settings page. You've made /respawn into / respawn
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted February 14, 2014 Author Wizard Posted February 14, 2014 I actually did it on purpose as a quick fix since the last part of the path got cut off by the page. Will fix it better soon
Guest Shadow Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Hi.. i have a problem. I'm a extreme low senser, and i get a error when i try to convert my sensivity from bf4. I leave a screen. http://oi62.tinypic.com/23k7zlz.jpg
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted February 17, 2014 Author Wizard Posted February 17, 2014 Hi! The sensitivity you are using in BF4 is too low for Titanfall, that's why you get the error. It's probably a bug in Titanfall, but currently it does not support a sensitivity value below 1. What you should do if your mouse support it, is use a lower DPI for Titanfall, like 450 or 500
Guest Shadow Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 With 700 DPI it works. 700 DPI are enough for 1920x1080? I never went under 800 DPI
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted February 17, 2014 Author Wizard Posted February 17, 2014 As long as you use a very low sensitivity in the game like you do, 700 is fine. But if you use 700 DPI and say a sensitivity of 10 in Titanfall, you will see some serious pixelskipping!
Guest Shadow Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 It happens too for battlefield? This is interesting. I have a deathadder 2013, is not a problem for me use higher dpi and lower in-game sensivity, in case.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted February 17, 2014 Author Wizard Posted February 17, 2014 Yes, but only if you use a very high sensitivity.
Guest Shadow Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Ok i have the sensivity of titanfall to minimum and 700 dpi. The lowest sensivity avaible in game right now is 1? i can't change manually? i don't find the config file..
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted March 13, 2014 Author Wizard Posted March 13, 2014 The sensitivity is the same is in the Beta, but I need to verify the maximum and minimum values, that were a bit odd in the Beta.
Guest Havoc Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 There's a thing about Titanfall you should probably know, the sensitivity is tied to the games framerate. With vsync on, the rate will be locked to your monitors framerate, so on a 120Hz monitor the sensitivity is much lower than it should be.
Guest Chace Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 The titanfall sensitivity is wrong please fix it. I use 90 fov.
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted May 1, 2014 Author Wizard Posted May 1, 2014 That sensitivity/dpi settings do you use?
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted May 4, 2014 Author Wizard Posted May 4, 2014 I'll see if I can fix it. Is your real 360 movement far off compared to the calculator?
