Changing Escape From Tarkov sensitivity accurately (config) and quickly

Hi, as the title suggests I was wondering if there's a way to change my sens in the config file which will immediately apply in game. So far, when I change it in the config I have to restart the game for it to be applied. Have I been doing that unnecessarily? I hope there's an easier way because you have to change it depending on the armor you use

You have to restart the game unfortunately.
