apexlegends How do I calculate optimal zoom/optic sensitivities for Apex Legends?

I play Apex and was wondering how to use the calculator here to get 1:1 ads/hipfire or whatever the most optimal values are if someone could be so kind to enlighten me.

 

I currently use a 2.469091 hipfire sensitivity and 1.7143 FOV (in config settings)

If by 1:1 you mean that your hipfire sensitivity feels the same across all zoom levels, objectively, the best method for that is MDH/MDV 0%. This link will give you the config file settings for MDH 0% when you select a DPI value:
