Minecraft Sens Converter not working??

So i calculated my minecraft sensitivity and it said 0.30903860 and i put 31, and it VERy different much much lower, also im on java if that makes a difference.

if you could help it would be appreciated.

Select in-game if you don't want to set the sensitivity in the config file.
