Is there an easy way to find config files?

If path looks like this %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local\
 Press win+r then type it there

The config file location is always listed in the game info section of the calculator.

If it says something like [GAME FOLDER] you can usually just right click the game in Steam etc and click Manage -> Browse local files to easily find the folder.
