Converting chaos =Rainbow six siege to BFv

Recommended Posts

Hello guys.

I have a problem i can`t fix by myself.

I would like to have the same sensitivity like i had on Rainbow six siege for Battlefield V.

Furthermore, I really tried hours and hours, but I struggle , because English isn't my main language and i got confused with all the Hdeg and vdeg settings.

It would mean a lot when someone can explain or help me out...

My sens and fov are:

360° should be around 27 cm

1920x1080

FOV=90

Multiplikator1=0.02

Multiplakator2=0.076794

DPI=1600

resolution=3:2

WPS=4/11

Thx for your time and effort to help and reach out to me...

Greetings Milo

Thank you very very much , for replying so quick and helping me out @DPIWizard...

What you think, when I change my MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit to default=0.02 would that make a difference..?

Do you have any suggestions ,what i may should change in my current setup, so that it matches and stay  kinda the same..?

Info=when i change my MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit in Rainbow six siege to default on=0.02 (sensitivity to 3) can I adjust this values the same way as your pre-set..?

Sincerely Milo

The issue here is that your current setup does not align with any conversion method. The closest I've been able to do is this:

https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=5bd8ab9474c9a61451a1479fd253164b

And that's a really awkward setup that will be hard to replicate in most games.

WPS isn't accounted for here though.

Hello @DPIWizard

I was able to find out the distance/cm

so it goes

Distance to 360°(hipfire)=25,9775447958174

Distance to 360°(ACOG)=88.3589959041408

Distance to 360°(IRON SIGHT)=90.1998083199104

Can you help me out for how I put the values for cm to reach my goal?

Can I still use your pre-set for ADS/scope values or can you show me a link where I find explanation to how I have to do it..?

Thank you very much for helping me out...

matching your scopes 360distance wont work when converting scopes to other games ( because no 1x scope will have the same fov in game a and game b  thus your actual sens will feel different even if you have the same 360 ) , if you want uniformity the 1st thing id suggest would be to stick to native res in both games ( or stretched in all  but that isnt always achievable or actually worth it ) that should make matching hipfire much easier ( both x and y axis feel should be the same if you have the same aspect ratio / resolution at the same fov ) .

what dpi wizard did in the link is , matching the scaling to match your r6 sens if you are willing to adapt changing your r6 settings to match a scale would likely result in a more uniform experience.

id likely go with something like that https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=dc2ae512840a77ce956a3154b36e7ed4 the scopes wont have the same distance but once you get used to it there is a sense of uniformity ( independent of your scopes fov ).

I understand, and It's pretty much the same what I found on Reddit or elsewhere what others have to say or is recommended converting from r6 to other games... The settings @DPI Wizard build for me, feels familiar with my r6 sens, but here and there I make some small changes... I'm going to try yours out and let you know how it feels.

Weird thing though, when I change the Coefficient to 0% for my 3xScopes it feels like the same ,,Laser,, aim I had on r6, but for 1x/ironsight it feels off, and I have to adjust it to 3% Coefficient again...

Thank you...
