Conversion doesn't work

Basically, I filled in all the points for converting my sens and its not working. I've tried the kovaaks matcher and others and nothing has worked. Please if there is anything ive done wrong inform me on what it is/what I need to do.

I do but it shows I need a premium sub to do Monitor calculations
