Rainbow Six: Siege to Apex legends conversion troubles

Sorry if there is an issue with this type of post, but I am really unexperienced with converting sensitivities, so I require a little assistance. I've used the calculator countless times and never found a consistent feeling sensitivity with any other calculator, but never been able to get an actual answer with this calc itself. If anyone would be able to help here are my rainbow six settings:

Monitor: 21.5 inch

Aspect ratio: 5:4 (streched)

FOV:88

1920x1080

Hipfire sens: 92/92 (H/V) (ingame) 

->Hipfire Multiplier: 0.002 (config)

ADS Multiplier: 0.02  (config)

X Factor aiming: 0.02  (config)

ADS SENS (1.0x): 58 (ingame) ((RELEASE))

wps default,

DPI: 400

if anyone is willing to convert the hipfire and 1x sensitivities that would be great, thank you very much!

Thank you first for doing this, because I was unsure about my hipfire sens. What about ads, what tips to getting it would you have

The 1x sights on the two games have different fovs. What is your preferred conversion method between different fovs?

similar if thats what you are looking for. Im just looking for a consistent feeling sens on ads that is close as to perfect to my r6 sens
