Wrong CSGO to Siege 360cm

When I convert 360 hipfire from CSGO to Siege, measuring it using my mousepad it's not the same. Is there a problem with the calculator?

I also match the FOVs.

Most likely a setting as both these games should be 100% correct. The only issue I can think of is if you change FOV in CSGO and don't have the zoom sensitivity set to 1 (zoom sensitivity affects hipfire when changing FOV in CSGO).

Can you link your conversion (use the purple share button)?

In siege config I set my FOV to 73.739795 and my pitch and yaw sens to 12 and put the shown multiplier to the MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit, and it doesn't match the 360

Is it longer in Siege? You might be affected by a bug introduced in the latest big patch:

You could try to turn off raw input to see if that helps.
