Scopes looked diffenrently when you installed them on "smaller" guns, like SMG. Now "distance from the weapon" is equal for each gun (distance from your "eyes" to optic). 2. Now VUDU eotech 1x zoom is really 1x zoom. Previosly it vas +- x1.5; They fixed HHS-1 hybrid eotech optic (1x zoom now really 1x zoom) too. Jeffy14 1

Does it change anything regarding the uniformity between scopes?

At least the main sights and iron sight for now would be great. Thank you very much The ones I've tested have been the same, but man it would be great with a test range with all equipment for this game... Donni 1

But... how much progression, and is everything (all scopes, guns, attachments etc) available in the test range?
kertiek Posted July 13, 2021 Posted July 13, 2021 its not that hard but i need to invest a few hours to get the stuff needed source: https://escapefromtarkov.fandom.com/wiki/Hideout#Shooting_range and u can only test stuff that u own, so no free gun/scopes/sights testing.... this aint a game for casuals, but for sure some of the players that interact here will ahve no problem providing the guns and etc that u need

I've been given guns and scopes previously by other players, but I don't play this game myself and with the constant wipes it's hard to re-check everything.

Wizard DPI Wizard Posted July 22, 2021 Author Wizard Posted July 22, 2021 Added a few new sights (Walther MRS reflex sight, EOTech HHS-1 hybrid sight and SIG Sauer BRAVO4 4X30 Scope) and verified/updated others! Thanks to everyone offering to help Donni and ufo1og 1 1
Average_Gamr Posted September 5, 2021 Posted September 5, 2021 how do i adjust the config to apply all these senses is it in one of the .ini files
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted September 6, 2021 Author Wizard Posted September 6, 2021 10 hours ago, Average_Gamr said: how do i adjust the config to apply all these senses is it in one of the .ini files It's in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Escape from Tarkov\shared.ini (listed in the game notes). But note that you have to choose one aim to match, the game only supports one aim sensitivity. Average_Gamr 1
Average_Gamr Posted September 6, 2021 Posted September 6, 2021 thanks for the help Wizard. that kinda sucks you can't setup all the different senses. it would make the game so much better.
bread94 Posted October 14, 2021 Posted October 14, 2021 Has anyone else found that after the latest update, changes to shared.ini have no effect in game? I think it now uses a different config file as I have deleted shared.ini and launched the game yet no new file has been created. I have also searched my entire PC for 'shared.ini' but no other file was found. Please can we get an update on the new config file location?

Seems like they might have removed the config file completely, can't find it anywhere either. There's also no sensitivity for the game in the registry, so we might be stuck with the in-game settings only.

Now I can't make 1600 DPI feel like 800 when looking left and right with MMB. Thank you for looking, I hope they add it back.

dnsmorgan Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 (edited) When using Aim->All, calculated MouseSensitivity doesn't change when changing turning speed (Sensitivity 1), has that feature changed in game, or it's a bug here? And also MouseSensitivity is much lower than it should be. No issues when using Aim->Hipfire. Edited November 11, 2021 by dnsmorgan

dnsmorgan Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 (edited) For those who might be wondering, with a new config you can now change any in-game settings without worrying that your sens in config file will be rounded and overwritten. Finally BSG fixed that. Edit: I was wrong, that still happens when you load into raid. Edited November 11, 2021 by dnsmorgan
stalkerbronet Posted December 21, 2021 Posted December 21, 2021 Is it possible to make hipfire and ADS 1:1 in this game? calculator is giving me weird results
