Crackhead Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 So I'm a bit confused as to how the conversion works, because in valorant i play with "47.3292" cm per 360. When I convert it to rust ADS, 85 fov, it works out too "70.1698" cm per 360. This is way slower and doesn't feel nearly as snappy, is this wrong or am I misunderstanding the way sensitivity scales when ADS compared to hipfire in valorant.

You are converting hipfire to ADS, and the default setting in the calculator for that is MDV 0% which keeps the same tracking speed between aims. And since the ADS has a much narrower FOV you will get a higher 360 distance. If you select 360 distance instead for ADS, you will get the same distance. Crackhead 1

Do you recommend playing with the lower sense converted from the valorant sense, or the higher? I know it comes down to preference but I just wanted to hear your thoughts.

Some games that I don't usually play are very ADS heavy though, where you basically run around ADS'ing all the time, then 360 distance might make sense for ADS too.

Tankyou?

Tankyou? You can only set the sensitivity for one aim in rust, so you have to choose which one you want perfectly matched.
