DavieTi Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 I would like to propose the idea of an automatic lowest discrepancy calculator. The problem is that some games don't have enough precision for each sensitivity value. I am having to do trial and error for various dpi levels to find the one with the lowest discrepancy compared with another game. It would be nice to have a calculator go through and find the lowest discrepancy for me. It could iterate through a range set by the user (let's say between 400 and 16000 dpi) in increments of 50 or 100 and find the dpi value that provides the lowest discrepancy. The new Advanced Plus mode is a great help, but it still requires a lot of work on the user's part and it doesn't take into consideration that most mouse software only allows increments of 50 or 100 when changing dpi. Wizard DPI Wizard Posted November 16, 2020 Wizard Posted November 16, 2020 Improving this function is in the works actually, but it might not make it in before the next major update since it requires quite a few new UI elements and it's already getting to crowded with the current layout. DavieTi 1
DavieTi Posted November 16, 2020 Author Posted November 16, 2020 Thanks for the quick response! That's great to hear. I'm sure it's a tough balance to strike between adding features and keeping clean UI. This is a tool that I have been using for years now. It's honestly one of the best gaming investments I've made, so I'm glad to see it still being supported DPI Wizard 1
