Williwaw Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 (edited) Good day, I have recently set up an account and so i'm very new to this calculator. I've been trying to wrap my head around this for a couple days and can't figure it out. I'm trying to match the sensitivities from Siege before Shadow legacy, to Warzone for easier muscle memory. On siege my settings: Vertical and horizontal sens: 5 Multiplier: 0.02 DPI: 800 Old ADS: 50 New ADS: 1x scopes 35.13 ACOG: 61.34 FOV: 90 4:3 I've figured out that my hipfire on Warzone is 4.34059. This matches up perfectly. The problem is that I would like the sensitivity from my 1x scopes in siege to be the same as the 1x scopes in Warzone, and the ACOG in siege to have the same sensitivity as the VLK 3.0 in Warzone. Bonus points if i can make my sniper scopes in Warzone to also have the ACOG sensitivity. If you can, can you also explain if relative ADS sensitivity changes the values and if affected and independent ADS field of view changes them as well? I'm not sure which of them I should have on. Wizard DPI Wizard Posted November 14, 2020 Wizard Posted November 14, 2020 This is pretty much doing what you want, all low powered scopes (below 3X) will be matched to ADS, all above to ACOG: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=0fd64a829ce5e17a075269b89cb18d1f The odd one out is the 12x from R6, as it scales differently than the other scopes.
Williwaw Posted November 14, 2020 Author Posted November 14, 2020 Thank you for your reply! Sadly, it doesn't match up. I must have been confused because in the new system of rainbow 6 I think my ads sens is supposed to be 35.13 for 1x scopes and 61.34 for ACOG. That being said, even if I get the values the same, wont the monitor distance coefficient on Warzone and the visuomotor setting on siege make it feel very off? I have been playing PC only for a few months, so all of this info is very difficult for me to wrap my head around.

Williwaw Posted November 15, 2020 Author Posted November 15, 2020 (edited) I'm trying really, hard but still confused. Here is why: Shouldn't siege use vertical monitor distance because the FOV is VDeg? (i must admit I don't fully understand that whole top portion of the calculator, and how to get the values I'm looking for. When you say siege at 50, do you mean now or pre-shadow legacy? My ads sens was 50 Pre-shadow legacy, right now it is supposed to be 35.13 for 1X scopes and 61.34 for ACOG (if I'm doing to calculations correct). If all of those are correct, then if I make the monitor distance coefficient 0, then my high and low scopes ADS values to 1.0, it should match up with my 1x and ACOG? fortunate reee Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 50 on all scopes on the current system , which was implemented after large amounts of users from this forum created an r6 to get that implemented in the first place is the ideal and equivalent to 0% monitor distance . ^mine is set up like his and works flawless you dont have to bother with fov types just use what you want to use say you like playing overwatch or valorant set auto fov to this and never bother to match fov Again prefer csgo
Williwaw Posted November 17, 2020 Author Posted November 17, 2020 I'm just not sure if having the same sens on every scope is a good idea. I don't see any of the pros doing that. But I was interested in getting a 35.13 for 1X scopes and a 61.34 for ACOG for my low and high zooms on warzone. I see that you're using the hipfire/look, windows/2D,monitor distance ADS and monitor distance scope values to figure it out. How did you find out that 0% works for everything on 50 and how would I do the same to get those 2 values I'm looking for? The FOV tip is very nice, that just corrected my warzone FOV now and its much better.
