Can't figure out which sensitivity is better for me

Hey, guys,

Looking for some comments on what would be the best route to pursue in aim training.

I can play reasonably well with sensitivities from 30cm to 60cm per 360. At 60cm, of course, the accuracy stats overall go up by 10% or so (using the Overwatch career accuracy to measure), but, of course, the movement suffers. The lower I go the better I end up moving and changing targets but the accuracy goes down. PSA method ended up recommending 66cm/360... I most certainly can play with that but 180's become a pain in the elbow. Literally.

So what do you think would be the best approach:

1) Go with about 30-40cm and train accuracy?

2) Stay with 50-55 cm and train the arm movement/flicks?

I really can't decide, there is no one sensitivity that "feels" better, my brain can quickly adapt to either, so I'm lost after months of experimenting.
