How do I get the same horizontal view speed across all zoom levels in Modern Warfare 2019?

I currently only have the ads fovs of smgs and the 5.00x scope on the same horizontal view speed and I'm unsure how to replicate that for the other zoom levels (if its even possible). Could there be a single monitor distance that would do this (I currently am playing on relative with a coefficient of 2)

You can only unify the aims based on the coefficient, so they will all have the same monitor distance. Horizontal viewspeed is quite close to MDH 70% though (for 16:9 that is 1.24 coefficient), this is the best you can do and then set the low and high to your favorites. All other should be very close in value.
