Hi, how convert vertical sens cs go to pubg?

Have you adjusted the m_yaw value? If not there's nothing special in the vertical sens as it is 1:1 with the horizontal sens.

Slightly different, but since PUBG maxes out at 103 HFOV the only thing you can do is to use focal length conversion for the resolution and resize PUBG to be slightly smaller in resolution with black bars (so it fits the 103 HFOV part of CSGO).
