Help with converting R6 ADS sensitivities to hipfire

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I would like to know if it is possible with the new ads update on rainbow six to be able to have all my different ads sensitivities be the exact same as the one I use when hipfire/not ads

I don't mind if it looks weird I just want to be able to aim the same and have the same muscle memory.

But I know the fov change makes things complex so I don't know if its possible to truly have the same sensitivity with tracking, micro flicks and big flicks all being the same.

However if I keep the ads the same (Just keeping them all at 50 which the calculator says gives me the same Max pixel ratio) It does not feel with same and the tracking and flicking are all different.

It would be awesome if I can have just a single sensitivity which functions the same. That way its much easier to play other games and I use Aim Hero and its kinda hard to train because I don't really know how to get r6 ads into it and you don't really hipfire too much in r6 but my hipfire sens is the sens I like.

I use 4100 dpi, 0.020000 multiplier in both the ads and mouse sensitivity multipliers and 1 horizontal and vertical for the sensitivity. 84 FOV and 16:10 Aspect Ratio with the res left at 1920x1080

Thanks in advance for any help!

That depends on what you mean by same. As you touch on, with different FOV it's impossible to get the same sensitivity, only one aspect can be the same. The default (all to 50) is the same tracking speed, but flicking is different. If you match flicks, they will only be flicks to one specific point on your monitor and tracking will be different. If you match 360 distance high power scopes will be insanely sensitive.

So you basically have to choose your poison :)
