is it possible to have a sens that feels the same across multiple fovs?

like if i see someone in a a 4x and want to flick to them its the same distance as a hip fire flick (long distance)

You can only match one aspect of the sensitivity. For flicks it's monitor distance and a percentage that represents the distance between the crosshair and the edge of the monitor.
