What is the best way to configure a generic mouse?

I have a very cheap mouse with an atrocious A704 chip, there is not much I can do with it, it gets stuck with fast movements. 
In my games I use high sensitivities to compensate for this, for example in Valorant I use 0.324 and 1200 dpi
But I keep wondering if it's the best way or if I'm making a mistake.

u should make your dpi low sens higher to compensate fast movements

if you haven't disable  enhanced pointer precision  in windows , might as well try lowering your pointer speed to step  4
