rippysnipes Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 Converting Warzone hipfire to Sniper Elite 4 just wondering why the X&Y are different for hipfire and ADS, i get why they would be the same like scope sensitivity in the pic, something to do with widescreen resolution and this games controls or something?
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted November 24, 2020 Wizard Posted November 24, 2020 They are different because they use a different FOV for the calculation. And while X and Y are different for hipfire, it's the same for scopes for some reason.

TheNoobPolice Posted December 27, 2020 Posted December 27, 2020 Are you sure this has not been changed in a patch? The x and y seems to be the same for hipfire now too. Admittedly hard to tell when in this particular third person game, because the camera position changes massively and I haven't bothered trying to check with any scripts, but setting y higher as per the calculator seems to massively increase the vertical sens now, at least in the DX12 mode rippysnipes 1

rippysnipes Posted January 5, 2021 Author Posted January 5, 2021 Really enjoy the custom difficulty, it's particularly fun with the settings i use, sometimes the AI gets switched to authentic plus, except toughness AI all authentic (hardcore) except toughness, that's on cadet so the enemy's aren't to spongy when you need to use a smg or pistol Tactical authentic attachments - no weapon spread - sniper elite (hard) auto heal segment - no hud - authentic plus show minimap - authentic plus player toughness - authentic plus, quickest you can die but still have one hell of fight Weapons ammo abundance - cadet, i like lot's of ammo, shouldn't run out of ammo for whatever weapons you like to use for a mission friendly fire - no gravity - yes, basically battlefield style where you only need to adjust for bullet drop wind - no scope drift - sniper elite (hard)
