What is the best sensitivity conversion method?

The sentences may be awkward because you used Google translator.

Based on csgo,

The resolution I use is 1024x768, and I use 4:3 black bars.

The sensitivity is 2.1 at 400dpi.

Other games i play mainly are Overwatch, PUBG, Valorant.

현명한 선택은 합리적인 감각으로 16; 9를 사용하는 것입니다.

If so, is it to use csgo's aspect ratio as 16:9, find a sensitivity that fits it, and then convert it?

Which sensitivity conversion method is best when the aspect ratio is the same?
