The issue with using 83 is that it matches the ADS to hipfire with the same 360 distance. This sort of works for Siege since the ADS is only 10% off from the hipfire in FOV, but for many other games this will be too fast. Also for the old way Siege handles sensitivity it doesn't scale very well with the other scopes, so converting to other games from Siege is generally not recommended. You could do it like this though:

Also, one quick question I had was the "Scale" input for the Monitor Distance - Vertical. I've tried to find an answer and still has no idea, would you mind informing me what that is and why it's set to 166% in the shareable link you sent. Thank you!

he set scale to 166% in order to get a number as close as possible to 83 ads even for larger scopes since actually having the same number in siege doesn't mean that scopes perform the same or scale by any logic

^that is the reason why the current test server has changed the ads scaling + added multiple sliders so you can actually use a decent method for once

the way siege has been handling zoom and ads behavior has been inherently flawed for the past 5 years .

using 360 distance for scopes is a trend that pretty much only the siege community still uses and even those guy started catching up a while back

(more or less , i am afraid that the wrong  idea of 1;1 might be stuck in most players head at this point  )

once the new sliders are added next season id highly suggest switching to a more reasonable approach when it comes to ads scaling options

that should get you a far more uniform experience in both games

Thank you! That's very informative, currently playing testing it out on the test servers and it's looking pretty good so far. Cheers!
