same speed between sens

so i would like to convert siege sensitivities speeds between different fovs and aspect ratios, what method of conversion should i use? (ex) 10h 10v 50ads 4:3 90fov > 9h 9v ?ads 16:10 90

That depends on a lot of factors and what you want to achieve. If the FOV is the same nothing changes in terms of 360 distance or vertical sensitivity, only horizontal sensitivity changes.
