Feeling weird about r6s and hyper scape

Well,6.25 is the right number tho, since I got 5.96 with calculator,

But I would try it out with hyper scape and see what it turns out to be.

You got 5.96 from this conversion: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=0f7da575f6ef8442866e372cf198268f

But that's not representative of your R6 sensitivity since you changed it from 0.002304 (https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=affa2b5fc26fc2d506251eb99e76c351) to 0.0025.

0.0025 to Hyper Scape is 6.25 (https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=4770368b68f37d3cb754c512fd22efa7).

To perfectly match these you should set the sensitivity in Hyper Scale to 6.25, did you try this?

What you also can try is this tool. Download and run it, then only change the CPI to your DPI and enter the distance as calculated in the calculator. It's important that you use the numbers you actually have in the game, so your R6 file would look like this:

Executing this program with the settings in the link when in the games should turn you exactly 360 degrees.

Seems like its not right tho, perhaps there is something wrong about this engine but I do get 6 in hyper scape to match 0.0025*50 in r6s while calculator gives 5.96.Quite weird I guess

Thats because its not legit, and in my config file is the number which I assume to be right

I mean thats what I altered from the origin result,I was converting them from csgo, which was 800*1.5 for me,and that was 5.96

And I altered 0.002304 to 0.002500 to match my muscle memory ;but when I doing this to hyper scape it was like 6,not near that 5.76

Sorry, numbers got a bit lost here. I assume you mean 5.76? And that is correct, but that is also 0.002304 in R6, not 0.0025.

50/(0.02/0.002304)=5.76

50/(0.02/0.0025)=6.25

tho in game that feels bit slow, like i mentioned before, its like 30 degrees off when doing 180 in r6s, and around 20-25 in hyper scape

Did you try the program I linked? Something is not right on your end if these settings doesn't match perfectly, these games are based on the exact same engine and does not suffer from any kind of smoothing or acceleration assuming raw input is on.

Yeah I guess its something wrong with my end, since that exe was like some rocket science to me,may be later this year when I upgrade my hardware it would match those numbers I got

Yo Wizard, would you mind to check this out since there seems to be a dev blog about r6s'sensitivity and all sorts of things, and according to this guy its like mdv 100% is always 75 with 1x sights and see if there was something differ?

This is correct for R6, and is referring to a conversion like this: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=f23802876b385e6aa5105100cd00acbf

Hyper Scape scales scopes differently (and more logically) though: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=6642c62e0122e3984d75662c2f1a308c

No, any FOV, the scopes scales with the configured FOV.

tho the number i would got seems surely differs from those 75n50s?

Doing all this to know somethings wrong with my computer was sad but worth it.

Thx a lot,really appreciate it

You used a different matching method (MDV 0%), the link is referring to MDV 100% which would be like this for Hyper Scape: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=665c6cf26282e66ed0b31e3f439b4fc3

And this for R6https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=1907c5ee99d3181fe40da5304da94c47

That sure seems very different huh...so mdv0% or mdv 100% is just like some different sensitivy? or do them affect other things?

See the instructions for some videos. In short MDV 0% (which is the same as MDH 0% as long as the aspect ratio is the same) is matching the tracking speed, i.e. the rate at which you have to move your mouse to track a moving target.

MDV 100% is matching the movement from the cross hair to the top edge of your monitor. This can be translated to MDH 56.25% for 16:9. With different FOV's you can only match one aspect of the sensitivity, either 360 distance (usually only suited for hipfire) or a specific monitor distance.

So normally it would be comfortable and absolutely no-brainer with mdv0% then...thats something  inspiring

if all you know is csgo default 133%vertical it can take a while to adjust to the feeling (the transition to a game that mostly uses hipfire to aim to a game that relies on almost constant ads can be difficult however for the most consistent behavior id stick to the results the calculator gives you

^matching hipfire at the same fov and 360is the go to whenever possible , if 0% for scopes  doesn't feel right going for 133%vertical (which would be similar to 1.0 ads in csgo wont be as bad either )

also friendly reminder to not listen to r6 pro players and especially r6 reddit when it comes to aim

a community known to run stretched res + 90vertical  fov + 360 distance ads " because the pros use it and the pros are good "

^been there done that and he amount of bliss full ignorance is astounding

Yeah I do see a lot of these guys claiming 83 would be great since pros are using that and its like 1:1 hipfire to ads(in 360/cm tho) and I was like 'Okay these guys definitely losing their minds now'

So I do try this program out,and since i was using same fov as csgo, the result was exactly that 5.76 thing, and that works...not for too long tho. A few hrs later I reboot my system and try to practice in r6s with this new sens, and that was the most inconsistent sens I ever seen.

So this means my computer do have something wrong I guess?

Also guess I'm doing good with these new sens , it feels more natural but my flicks do get ruined , would spend some time to reform that.

Ads in these game can not be all applied was kind of a bummer ,  but I guess its not that much a problem.

^give it a week or two, then that will be fixed took us a year but ubi listened afterall

side note im assuming that bad mouse accel /enhanced pointer precision or other software is disabled?

can imagine another thing that can impact sens that much
