Maintaining muscle memory

what is the best way to retain muscle memory for ADS and hipfire? should i be trying to get the EXACT cm/360 for both ADS and hipfire? what should i be looking for

for example i usually use 40 cm/360 for hipfire, but do i want 40 cm/360 for zoom/ads as well? what should stay consistent to give the same feeling of hipfire and ADS sensitivity?

so it makes the same number for pubg then. 40 hipfire = 40 ads?

but its like ads feels faster in this way.

MDH 100% is the fastest "normal" conversion. It's fast because it matches the movement all the way to the edge of the monitor. MDH 0% on the other hand is matching the tracking speed of a moving target and is significantly slower.
