Borderlands 3 Memory Editor

Hello I have recently just started playing borderlands 3 and when I went to change my aim settings from one game to another the sens was way off because of the lack lustre borderlands sensitivity setting. I then checked to see if there was any config or ini file I could change to gain a better result but on this web site is says something about memory editor. I have searched for a while now and cant seem to figure out how this memory editor can change my sensitivity settings, from what I found was all modding related things. Please help if anyone know how to use/get this memory editor.

cheat engine is the most common memory editor ,the bl3 forum thread has a simple explanation on what to do  ( be cautious whilst downloading the tool tho )
