Convert CSGO sensitivity to desktop/windows

Hello
Can someone help me converting my sensitivity in CSGO to 100% match my desktop/windows sensitivity?
Ingame sensitivity: 1.9, 400
Monitor: 24,5
Resolution: 1920x1080
DPI: 400

wait isnt 100% MDV 1 pixel in-game 1 pixel in Windows?

No, 0% is what matches the sensitivity pixel for pixel, assuming the same aspect ratio of course.

100% is the whole movement from center to the top of the monitor.

hello, sorry for revive this old post but, if my resolution at cs:go is 4:3, 1280x960 stretched and i use 2.5 sens and 400 dpi, the calculator said to me thats to be 300 dpi at windows, that is correct?

 

obs: and where that i can change this MDH? whats this?
