WHATS THE BEST CONVERSION METHOD

Hello guys im new to this website and i wanna convert my sens from rainbow six to valorant but keep the same feeling since i use 74 fov in R6 and valorant fov is 103 wich is 71 in r6 so how do i calculate it do i use monitor distance and wich one vertical or horizontal im really lost here please help me

There is no best method unfortunately, it depends on what you want to achieve. If you want the same 360 distance, use 360 distance.

If you want the same tracking speed, use MDV 0%. If you want the same flick distance to a certain point on your monitor, use MDH or MDV and a percentage. 100% is the edges of the monitor, and other percentage is between the cross hair and edge.
