Can someone convert my R6 ADS Sens to Apex ADS Sensivity

Hello , i don't understand the advanced sensivity calculation for my ADS Sensivity.

In Rainbow Six Siege my ADS Sensivity is : 72 Main sens (if need) : 14 . I play 4:3 in 2 of these games.

My FOV is : 88 - BTW 1920x1080

More info is needed. Do you play 4:3 stretched or with black bars? What aim do you want converted to Apex? What FOV are you using in Apex?
