Question converting from one monitor to another

I'm trying to convert the same mouse feel/look for overwatch. I input the correct inputs but it says everything is the same. Everything is the same except going from a 1440p monitor to a 1080p and 27 to 24.5. I get the same output, is this correct? The game feels a bit different I guess.

The number of pixels and pixel density has changed. Sensitivity remained the same.
