I don't know how to use it

As the title states I don't know how to use the conversion. I bought premium and I don't really know how to use it? I've been putting in my sens from a certain game (Overwatch) and trying to convert that sens into all my other games but they don't feel the same.

Make sure you use the Viewspeed conversion and not 360 Distance. This makes the on-screen movement matched instead of a full 360. Try that first, and make sure you select correct aims, resolution and FOV.

Okay I did that but I'm still confused as how to change it? When I go to ingame sensitivity it is percentage wise. Does this mean my sensitivity in Rainbow Six Siege should be 2 as well? It doesn't feel the same when it is that.
