Does auto renew subscription exist?

Hey, sorry if this is in the wrong section, I honestly didn't know where to put it. I was wondering if per say I got a month subscription for the site, if it would auto renew without telling me or asking me. I'm planning on getting a month but I just want to make sure it doesn't auto renew when I don't want it to. Thank you in advance.

You can cancel it as soon as it is processed, the current period will run until the end

Correct, as long as the recurring plan is cancelled.

Okay, so I would buy a month then cancel the recurring plan? Would that end my current plan or keep it going but stop the auto renew?
