Is .81893 etc etc zoom sens in CSGO the equivalent of MDH 0%?

Just wanted to make sure I'm understanding this right, but if I use that zoom sens in csgo that means that when I convert to other games, I should be using MDH 0%, correct?

Might be worth reading through the calculator again: 

Default zoom is 1 or 1.33% coefficient, 1.78% coefficient is nearly 1.1 and 0% is .81893
