Aiming Issues

Hey there, I recently have been feeling as if my wrist is glued to my mousepad . Ive tried to stay aware of it while in game , but I have Issues lifting my wrist to perform fast movements, so I throw my wrist around the mousepad which makes movements incosistent and inaccurate . Ive tried shooter sleeves , I have also thought that it might be my mousepad being too thick , but its only 3mm so that should not be the problem ,anyone got a solution?

try to sit in another way

find a fixed position to sit in that you can replicate i like   , lowering your sense is another decent way to do so (40-50 cm forces you to do that in order to be effective )

if you lack endurance doing some exercises might help (carpal tunnel is a risk )

the goal should be using a hybrid aim (mix between wrist / arm )

My sens is already fairly low to begin with , its just mainly me habing problems with not getting my wrist off the pad and dragging it when arm aiming which makes movements less precise
