Call of duty MW/Warzone sens based on FOV

Hey, I've been trying to find the 'perfect' or somewhat accurate conversion from my sensitivity from overwatch, apex and cs:go to call of duty modern warfare 2019 / warzone. I want to use 120 FOV for cod and I don't think the conversion is accurate regarding this. 80 FOV in cod on 3 sens and 120 FOV in cod on 3 sens definitely feel different but the calculator is telling me that this is the right conversion. Any suggestions? 
Just a FYI, my ow sens is 3, apex 3 and cs:go 0.9.

if you set this up like this you will have the same fov (90 csgo )  in all games that have a fov slider

generally uou want to match your fov to be as close as possible/ under ideal circumstances exactly the same then match 360 distance for hipfire and 0% for ads (unless you have got a certain preference, even then 0% is far more beneficial)
