bonjour si je transmet ma sensibilité apex avec 110 de fov sur fortnite avec 80 de fov es que cela va marché ou sa ne me donneras rien de bon car la fov et différente ou le site calcul tout sa ?

You would simply choose a method to match for the FOV change.

0% MD, 100% MDV or 133% MDV are all recommended methods depending on preference, but for hipfire it's often best to ignore matching sensitivity within screen space and instead match sensitivity for spatial awareness, and for that you would use 360 distance.
