Zial Posted March 23, 2020 Posted March 23, 2020 I've been pretty new to calculating sens. I've always played Csgo and now want to switch over to cod. Due to the difference in the fov and resolution. In Csgo i use 2.84 sens with 400 dpi with 1280/960, 4:3 stretched res with a fov of 68 Now switching to cod i use 1920/1080 on a native 16/9 res with a fov of 100 My question is, should i use the 360° distance or mdv 0% to get the most consistent aim between them? Here are the 2 different ways, not really sure if i did it right either way This is the mdv 0% T This is the 360° distance one: Can someone help me out?

Zial Posted March 23, 2020 Author Posted March 23, 2020 (edited) My bad, i meant the viewmodel fov, not that it really matters. But translating from the 90 fov stretched csgo res to the 100 fov native cod res, what would be the best option and how would i have to set up the calculator? Edited March 23, 2020 by Zial
Zial Posted March 23, 2020 Author Posted March 23, 2020 Would this be the best option to have the most consistent aim on a different fov? Or would 360° distance be better for muscle memory and consistency?
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted March 23, 2020 Wizard Posted March 23, 2020 What's your zoom sens in csgo? Regarding 360 distance or MDV 0%, this is a personal preference so there's no right or wrong answer. Most use 360 distance as it makes navigating around the same. But quite a lot use MDV 0% to keep the aim consistent.
Zial Posted March 23, 2020 Author Posted March 23, 2020 My zoom sens is 1 on csgo So you recommend jus trying out both of see what one i like more in game?

One of them will probably feel a lot better and more natural than the other. 3 minutes ago, Ganja said: Wouldn't it be better to use MDH 0% because he's playing stretched ? Possibly
