siege uses vdeg whilst csgo sits at locked 90 hdeg 4;3

if you want to be accurate id recommend going with 73.74 fov in r6 since that fov actually works then setting your aspect ratio (resolution to 16;10 1728x1080 /1920x1080 is 16;9)

if you want to improve across games id recommend :

not copying pro players and instead using the psa method (<--link) to find settings that help you with precision would be another great idea

this is what i got after doing it my hipfire is perfect on 1.95 at 73.74 fov (so i match the fov from csgo and settings to apex siege etc )

pros dont get good because of their settings they get good because they train for hours its better to find

First convert R6 ADS to CSGO hipfire:

Then use the calculated hipfire sensitivity and convert ACOG to AWP:

The screenshots are from a version of the calculator in development which has support for aspect ratio changes, but in this case changing the aspect ratio does not affect the calculations.
